Muay-Thai- fighters are known worldwide for their agressive style and advanced techniques that utilize all the physical weapons- including fists, elbows, knees and kicks to wear down and knock out their opponent. Here at Eagle Fitness  we provide insturction on all aspects of Muay Thai including ring techniques and classic Muay Thai strikes.  Thai training methods develops develop devastating power, speed and superb cardio- vascular endurance.

Kick boxing- is primarily a standing sport where both fighters are facing each other and trying to deliver a variety of kicks, punches, elbows, and knees in order to score points or knock their opponent out.  The focus of kick boxing is to be as efficient as possible with accurate kicks and punches to specific areas that will render the fighter unable to provide defense.

          


Braxilian Jiu-Jitsu/ Grappling- This class incorporates sport and self- defense aspects of Brazilian Jui-Jitsu into a structure designed to help you develop fundamental skills whether you are a beginning, intermediate or an advanced student.  It is primarily a ground-fighting art.  Most techniques involve both fighters on the mat.  There is a heavy emphasis on positional stragegy such as, which fighter is on top and the position of each fighters legs.  You'll learn a variety of techniques to insure victory in any fight!

Boxing-  This class consists of learning how to hit the heavy bag, the speed bag, and the double end bag as well as doing shadowboxing, skipping rope, sit ups and push ups.  This is the ultimate form of self-
