Kick boxing- is primarily a standing sport where both fighters are facing each other and trying to deliver a variety of kicks, punches, elbows, and knees in order to score points or knock their opponent out. The focus of kick boxing is to be as efficient as possible with accurate kicks and punches to specific areas that will render the fighter unable to provide defense.
